Description

The following relocatable buildings at Oakleaf Junior High School require disposal. These structures have reached their end-of-life, are beyond economical repair, and possess no resale value. Disposal should be executed via the most cost-effective means.

  • Relocatable building type 92, room 812 designated CI 2174 (DCA MBE 5141)

  • Relocatable building type 92, room 813 designated CI 2214 (DCA MBE 5146)

Gap Analysis

No action would result in an unnecessary financial burden on the district.

Previous Outcomes

The School Board has approved the disposal of relocatable buildings in the past.

Expected Outcomes

It is expected the School Board will approve the disposal of the two relocatable buildings located at Oakleaf Junior High School.
