Title C20 - Change Order #1 for Orange Park High School Gym/Locker Room Renovation | ||
Description Change orders are initiated by the contractor, architect/engineer or owner, and may increase the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change orders are reviewed by the architect/engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. The change order is for labor and installation to demo existing walkway canopy that is to be replaced. Poles are to be cut off roughly 2" underground and capped with concrete. Labor and installation to furnish and install a new aluminum walkway canopy, approximately 150' long. This includes bronze posts, bronze gutter/fascia, and white roof pans to match existing. Labor and installation of aluminum cover at gymnasium, roughly 14'x36'. | ||

Financial Impact If approved, this change order will increase the contract amount by $92,400.57. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan. Architect fees will increase by $6,468.04. | ||
