Description Enter into this Agreement to facilitate the delivery of an educational component to the benefit of Cadets at the Florida Youth Challenge Academy. The terms of this Agreement shall begin on July 1, 2025 and shall end on June 30, 2026. Agreement may be renewed annually for a similar term, upon written approval of the parties. | ||

This collaboration provides vital educational support that helps youth succeed in careers, further education, or military service. | ||
Expected Outcomes To maintain a strong partnership with the Florida Youth Challenge Academy by offering diploma, GED, and certification opportunities. | ||

Financial Impact No Cost Contract. The terms of this Agreement shall be subject to School Board of Clay County School receiving the monies generated by the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) for Track 1 students and additional funds, in the amount of $575,000 from DMA for services provided in support of Track 2 (Adult Basic Education (ABE), General Education Development (GED) and Vocational students. | ||
