Title C13 - Change Order #1 for Clay High School Security Lighting Repair/Replacement | ||
Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This Change Order is for additional fixtures and extension of time needed due to the delay in material procurement caused by Covid-19. The additional time requested is one hundred eighty-four (184) calendar days to achieve Substantial Completion making the new Substantial Completion date March 21, 2021. | ||

Financial Impact This Change Order will increase the contract amount by $8,589.51. Architect fees will increase by $730.11 as a result of this Change Order. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan. | ||
