Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This Change Order returns unspent Owner Direct Purchase Order monies to the Contractor and finalizes the value of tax saving for the project. | ||

Financial Impact This change order will increase the contract amount by $6,293.75. Architect fees will not increase as a result of this change order. The owner Direct Purchase Order saved the District $25,494.31 on the project. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan. | ||
