Description Florida Statute requires the School Board to bargain collectively in the determination of wages, hours, and the terms and conditions of employment for its instructional employees. Attached is the negotiated 2019-2020 Amendment to the Master Contract for 2018-2020. This agreement must be signed and ratified by both the public employer and the public employees of the bargaining unit. | ||

Financial Impact Estimated financial impact is $6.3 million. In addition, the Board contributed an additional $4.7 million towards insurance for all employees on the insurance plan. | ||
