| Title C37 - Change Order #2 for Lakeside Junior High School Restroom/Locker Room Renovations | ||
| Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the project scope as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for revisions to lockers based on school request resulting in a credit, replacement of old AC register grills, change in countertops to match district standards, existing sanitary line repair (unforeseen conditions), application of moisture barrier on existing concrete that failed moisture testing. Forty-five (45) days are added for project completion. | ||

| Financial Impact This change order will increase the contract amount by $29,501.00. Architect fees, contracted at 8.5%, will increase by $2,507.59 as a result of this change order. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Work Plan. | ||
