Title C39 - Supplemental Spot Survey Number 7-Version 3 to the Current Educational Plant Survey
Description The latest CCDS Five Year Educational Plant Survey required by the Department of Education was completed in 2021. Spot Educational Plant Surveys must be completed when there is a requested change to the document. Spot Educational Plant Survey recommendations must be approved by the School Board and are reviewed for acceptance by the Department of Education. Survey recommendations must exist to ensure that the funding budgeted for specific projects are eligible for expenditures. This update of the Plant Survey is needed to ensure the Plant Survey includes all projects and expenditures included in the District’s Educational Facilities Plan. The project listed in the Spot Survey, Number 7-Version 3: New Construction 2025, for a classroom addition to RideOut Elementary School, is not included in the Plant Survey, but is included in the board approved Educational Facilities Plan. This action reconciles both documents.
