Relocatable buildings type 92 Room 21 designated CI 360 (DCA MBE 002647) and building type 92 Room 25, designated CI 159 (DCA MBE 002645) at Rideout Elementary School and building type 92 Room 815 designated CI 2180 (DCA II-B 005147) and building type 92 Room 816, designated CI 2179 (DCA II-B 005148) at Oakleaf Junior High, require disposal. These structures have reached their end-of-life, are beyond economical repair, and possess no resale value. Disposal should be executed via the most cost-effective means.

No action would result in an unnecessary financial burden on the district.

The School Board has approved the disposal of relocatable buildings in the past.
