Relocatable building type 92, rooms 712, 717, 750, 771, 772, and 773 located at Keystone Heights Elementary School, identified as CI 392, CI 2005, CI 595, CI 2236, CI 2237, and CI 2238 need to be disposed of due to space necessary to complete the new cafeteria and multi-purpose educational facility that is currently being constructed.  The relocatables have exceeded or are nearing the end of their service life and are no longer eligible for educational or ancillary purposes.  Due to the excessive costs associated with moving and repairing aged and decrepit portables, it is not cost effective to keep them in service.  They have no commercial value, and should be disposed of by the most economical means available.

No action would result in an unnecessary financial burden on the district.

The School Board has approved the disposal of relocatables in the past.

It is expected the School Board will approve the disposal of relocatable building type 92, rooms 712, 717, 750, 771, 772, and 773 located at Keystone Heights Elementary School, identified as CI 392, CI 2005, CI 595, CI 2236, CI 2237, and CI 2238.
