| Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This Change Order is for replacement of 23 plexiglass window panes with ¼ inch tempered glass. | ||

| Financial Impact This Change Order will increase the contract amount by $6,214.35. Architect fees, contracted at 8.5%, will increase by $528.22 as a result of this Change Order. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Work Plan. | ||
