Board Attorney Bruce Bickner noted several typographical and scrivener's errors in Policy 1.11 but stated they have no substantive impact on the policies being adopted.

D3 - Consider setting a School Board workshop to discuss alternative proposals and plans for improving school safety and security through the use of funds generated by the additional one mill of ad valorem millage tax which was approved by Clay County voters in August 2018. (Item submitted by Mrs. Bolla)
Minutes:

Items D3 and D4 were taken up together since both items are basically asking for a workshop to discuss school safety and security.  The requested workshop has been set for January 29, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. in conjunction with the Agenda Review workshop previously scheduled for that date.  The school safety and security topic will be added to the January 29, 2019, agenda for discussion.
