The question posed to Board Attorney David D'Agata was whether an assistant superintendent who is considered an "ex-officio member" of the Board's collective bargaining team can take part in the executive session.  Mr. D'Agata provided to all Board members his written legal opinion that was still in "draft" form stating, yes, the attendance was permissible.   Following discussion, the Board asked that an item be added to the October 19th meeting agenda to officially appoint Dr. Susan Legutko to the bargaining team.
